It's an app store app that allows you to listen to other people's playlists. He isn't actually sending people the music file.

I'm sorry. I just thought if this was illegal then Apple would not have approved the app. This is not a jail broken app but one that has the approval of Jobs himself.

Ok no that's fine, sorry, got the wrong end of the stick, didn't realise you aren't actually sending the files to people, mearly allowing them to preview, per-se, as there is already a much larger longer running thread however, I'm sure it would be for the best if some of these posts were merged into that thread, rather than having 2 seperate threads.
