The male in my sim family just left. He just walked out the door and left. He's not part of the household anymore because his face isn't on the left of the screen with everybody elses. But he came back later in the day but apparently just for a visit. How can I get the female sim (his wife) to make him leave. I mean, if he's gonna just walk out on his wife and kids then I don't want him around. LOL

If hes not part of the house hold then click on his an "say goodbye" ... you could also bring up the command console, enable moveobjects on, click on him and delete him
I'm too new to say whether threads like this belong here or not, but just as a practical consideration, you might get more responses to gameplay type questions in this other forum.

Well that is funny indeed. I think I've had that experience before as well but not quite sure what I did to solve it. I was playing both Sims and WOW...and got addicted to Wow so I left Sims.

Thank you for suggesting this other forum, but I've posted questions on there before and the mod has deleted several of them because I had 33 views and no replies so I asked the same question on another forum that the this same mod ran and he/she didn't like it.

Wow, what a fascist *****. Well, I think I replied to one of your other threads about Life Stories with a link to a different forum. That board also has lots of gameplay discussion, and it looks friendly enough if you haven't already tried it.
As for your original question, if your sim's husband is barging into the house and making himself comfortable, any of the EPs after EP4 has a feature to lock doors against visitors. There is no way to prevent him from coming by at all though, without using game hacks. Here's one.
Well, I started playing that lot yesterday. I was going to try to delete him or something but he's back on the left of the screen with the other family members now. So weird. I dont know why he left in the first place. They just finished 'woohoo 'ing' LOL
Well don't start an argument with him because if he get angry with her, he can end up stalking her, and you have to bribe him to go away. I have many sims stealing my newspaper and things like that.
Yeah, Nina Caleinte, or something like that, always kicks over the garbage can and steals the newspaper. I'm guessing he was seeing her before my Sim came along.
I'm pretty sure those kind of events are just random...I've had random sims steals my sim's newspapers and kick over their garbage cans before...sims they've never met.
