I'm trying to install Sims 2 PC version with the Crossover program thats allows window programs on mac, the first disk downloads fine but when it says insert disk 2 I can't get the first one out without canceling the installation and then it never starts up the second one. Is there a safe way to get the first one out to continue downloading?

I encountered the same problem. You just have to press "Eject" on the Crossover window when it prompts you for the next disk and insert the next disk and the process won't be interrupted.

The problem I'm facing right now is that when you finish installing it, I try opening it and it asks me for the correct disk even though I'll put in the 1st disk, which is the correct one. I'll keep you posted and tell me if it worked for you.

Doesn't work apparently
CodeWeavers is often wrong so try burning the CD's as .iso's as Crossover can be twitchy with apps on multiple discs but don't hold your breath. Either BootCamp or the Mac version seem the only solution.
