since el capitan, my startup disc is locked so for bootcamp have to put in password

its weird. bootchamp says something about bootcamp not being blessed. when i open startup disc it shows both bootcamp and my el capitan as greyed out, and i have to click on the padlock and type in my password.

this never happened before, very weird.

as in filevault? no its off, and that also is greyed out unless i press the lock. its always been off but i didnt think it was greyed out.
