i would wait a bit though...even if they are released...as bugs and potential annoying issues with new products are worked out with a revision.

this was originally my plan, however last night my imac g5 (no isight) kind of stopped working. it shut off whenever it went to sleep and it won't turn back on. i assume its the logic board just by briefly searching the imac forum but either way i doubt its worth fixing. due to this unfortunate event i might need to order the new MBP(fingers crossed for an update) earlier than expected.
