Since When Can You View Mac Apps in iOS App Store?

Has this been a thing for a while and I just live under a rock? I tapped on a link in an email from MacStories and this opened in the App Store.

It is planned for the iOS 12, as far as I know and it is part of Project Marzipan.

Possibly, but from what I understood apps will be sold as a package for both macOS and iOS meaning that you’ll be able to have the app for both systems.
