can anyone recommend an macOS application to security monitor a room with motion detection using an iMac's built in iSight camera? This macOS application must be able to run in Catalina and i am thinking the old dated iAlertU application will not work as expected

-only looking to monitor one room with video and audio using a liMac's built in camera & microphone
-no interest in web camera applications such as Blue Iris or Security Spy
-not looking for a "Find My" application
