What reason is there for Apple to delete Consumer Reports related posts on their website?

Was there any iPhone 4 testing done outside a special case that makes it look like a 3GS?

Is the lack of testing due to the lockdown after the Gizmodo incident?

Will existing bumper purchases be refunded?

Was the incorrect bars formula due to an arrangement with AT&T that would make their network seem to offer better reception than it actually does?

Is Apple doing anything to resolve the ongoing proximity sensor issues?

Is Apple doing anything to resolve the ongoing bluetooth reception issues?

Why is it that the glass on the iPhone 4 seems to be far more fragile than previous models? Isn't it supposed to be an improvement?

When can we expect iOS 4.1 to be available?

How do you expect this situation to effect iPhone 4 sales? How will [method used to resolve issues] effect earnings this quarter?

I hope this list helped give you a good starting point. Good luck and hopefully they will have a Q&A and pick you!

Good solid questions, what i hope to do is compile as many questions as I can into about 5, that can be asked directly if I have the chance.

Im sure a lot of questions will already be covered before (if) I get my shot but ya gotta be prepared!

There is some insider chatter on the structure/contents of the conference so I have a pretty good idea what we'll be getting. That topic of conversation is for Friday though...not now.

EDIT: I may as well add, my experience with the iPhone 4 has been nothing short of great but I know not everyone feels the same. What I am interested in is the public's reaction to Friday. I KNOW its going to cause a LOT of discussion on MR, expect lots of PCBD 8)

Are you a member of the press? Or do you have some other sort of access?

Haha, it would be funny if you worked for Apple and are trying to prepare for the onslaught by going straight to the customers. Any sort of Q&A is going to be fairly brutal for them, IMO.

I cant really say anything (or would prefer not to) but if I have a chance to deliver information (that's legally viable to pass on) or if I can voice on the public's behalf then I will :)

I could be wrong, but I doubt Apple would agree to a Q&A session. But then again, they have invited Selected Media to the press conference.

my question, When will the White iPhone 4 be released :)

If the signal strength formula issue has been there for so long, why has it not come to light before now? Is it an issue Apple was aware of but chose not to disclose or is it something that only came to light due to investigations into the antenna issues?

If the fix for the antenna issues is to modify the formula, why is it taking so long to release a patch for this? If it is that simple, a company with the resources Apple has available should be capable of having a fix ready within hours never mind days (working in software development, I know from experience how quickly a fix can be deployed into a production environment if the issue is that serious).

Why was the iPhone 4 released with an out of date formula for signal strength calculation in the first place?

Please, ask Steve Jobs whether iOS 5.0 will have this long-overdue feature: scrolling song titles in the iPod app.

Been asking for it since 1.0. Nada.

Every freakin' iPod has had it for years years and years! WTF!

Ask How to spell oporttunity, because I don't know either.

Oh and of course most important ask when we will get more text tones.

its not like I'm writing an important letter so I'll forgive myself just this once ;)

Oh there will be way too much 'excitement' to be talking about text tones. Its going to be....interesting.

Will the next iOS fix the white balance issue in the camera? It is really annoying for some of us. My sole complaint on this fabulous phone.

Hi thanks for the replies, they are going to need to be specific to the 'problem' rather than general OS questions etc. The chances of being able to ask ANYTHING will be slim, let alone questions regarding anything else. Thanks all.

I work for a major pharma company, and we have Q&A sessions all the time. It's a LOT more scripted than you think. It's actually pretty hysterical and pathetic when you're working behind the scenes and know what's going on. Hopefully Apple will get something other than softballs thrown at them.

Ask them, if this was really such a surprise, why did they DELIBERATELY remove Field-Test? This was the only way for the common user to examine the signal issue.
