Siri and Apple Music

Does anyone actually plan on purchasing any of the Siri Apple Music Plans? I just don’t get why there is a paid, extra version of Apple Music with Siri? Am I missing something? I have a family plan now. Is it an extra $14.99 to have the function of Siri helping me along with Apple Music?
