Siri and location reminders? Am i missing something?

I am trying to get location reminders working and not having much luck at it. I was under the impression that you could do one for anywhere but it seems now that you can only have three locations saved at one time?
From what I can tell the location must be under my (your) contact name in contacts for it to work. Well under my contact I can only make 3 locations: home, work and other address. So am I to understand that unless I change an address under there they are are the only three I can use at one time?
Please tell me if I am missing something here

You can add more than three addresses and name them whatever you like.

Click on Add an address. Then, click on the label. It'll being up another menu and if you scroll to the bottom, you'll see an option to enter a custom label.

Thats the thing, once I have 3 addresses the add an address green plus is gone, not there. If I take one of the addresses out to get it back then hit add I do not get an option for a custom label. Are you saying you have more than three address in there and still have an add an address button?

Update

Ok here is an update that I think will help some people. Some of the addresses I have were put in my phone way back when I had a the original iphone or maybe even a 3gs. Anyway it seems that those contacts still must hold some type of attributes from those days. I could not add more than three locations to that contact. I deleted and recreated the contact and it is now working as melevittfl describes. I can now add as many as I like and label then how ever I want. Sisr can now show me where I work and all just by asking, it could not do that before. I was having some weird things going on where siri would not remember my sister as being a sister, I am guessing that if I recreate her it may fix that too. Will let you know. Hope this helps someone!!!!

another update

boy having a conversation with myself but hoping others find their answers here. It will still not create the reminder, it tells me it will create a reminder for when I arrive at work and then it fails. If I ask it where I work it answers correctly, is there anything else I have to do, I read something somewhere about proximity settings for locations.
Any help appreciated
