Recently got Apple music... I have a BUNCH of live and studio music in my library on my phone and I was wondering if theres a way to play a song from my library using siri (like you can when you dont have apple music)!

I'm finding that when I ask siri to play a song it streams it instead of playing it from my library. is there any way to change that?! Its especially annoying because like I said I listen to a lot of live music and siri will usually play the wrong version when I ask for something live and because the version already on my phone is most likely of higher quality.

not sure, but what if u make songs available offline which will download the songs to iOS, then ask siri to play them.

Anything u add to your library with icloud library enabled will be either matched or uploaded andthus will be steamed.

The only way i know is to turn off icloud music library, which won't give u access to Apple music, but at least you'll have access to your local songs, which would work.

Thanks for the reply. So you're saying if I turn iCloud music off then I won't be able to use siri for apple music at all? Interestinggggg.

They should just make it if I say "Play _____ from my library" it does it!!
