Hi guys, sorry if this has been posted before.

Siri can't open stock apps. Just says 'you don't have an app called [x]'.

Tried notes, FT, calendar etc.

What's up?

There isn't a stock app on Mac OS, just a Notification Center widget.
OP meant default, preinstalled Apple apps like Mail, Notes or Reminders, Not an app that shows stock trading prices. Stock is just another word for default In this case.

I had this issue on one of the earlier betas, Siri didn't even recognize I had Safari installed. Works fine for me now, though.

Same issue. I find if you just say the application name, not "Open [application name]" or some variant of that, she opens the application.
