Siri doesnt work anymore

After ios10 and now with the latest one 10.0.2 Siri doesnt work at all.

It may call to X when asking her to do it, but then second time trying the same she says "i dont understand when you say "Call to X"" ... eh?

With earpods it doesnt work at all. It may start playing music instead of calling.

And it is sometimes very confusing... "Hei Siri, soita X:lle" -> "i dont understand 'ei siri soita X:lle" (it is responding to Hei Siri, but start the sentence with "ei Siri" (meaning no siri)..

Sometimes she is responding to Hei Siri and waiting a command but after the command she shuts herself off.

Have you turned off any systems services as some do have an effect on Siri.

Have you also tried turning Siri off rebooting and turning it back on?

You can also reset hey Siri by turning it off and back on. This will allow the setup process to run again

nope.. it is working with my ipad, but on my iphone. and siri sounds differend in ipad than in iphone. both are updated to ios 10.0.2

ipad "hey Siri. Call to x" -> calling to x
iphone "hey Siri. Call to x" -> i dont understand when you say "call to x".

btw. i dont use english with siri... so propably it is working fine in english... otherwise there would be more info about this.
