Hi.

When I say "Hey Siri, call mom" siri is like "I'm on it" and then "Something went wrong. Try again".

When I say "Hey Siri, open facebook" It's working normally.

I have everything turned on in settings. Also in contacts.

It's happening since I've "upgraded" from iPhone XS to iPhone 12 Pro.

Any Idea?

EDIT: When I say "Hey Siri" to my AW It's working normally.

I am getting similar results as OP. I tried having Siri call three different people who are listed exactly in my contacts as what I said to Siri. In all instances, a message to the effect that contact not found.

I finally said on Siri, “Siri, listen very closely, please call my sister, Julie xyz.” That one worked but I think iOS 14.2 on all iPhones has an issue that needs resolution.

My Siri settings have not changed.

So I made an downgrade from 14.3 to 14.2.1 and made a completely clear restore using IPSW and it's working again.
