Purchased 2 iPhone 4s yesterday, one for me and one for my wife. Siri worked on mine, not on hers. Tried all the shutdown reboot tricks to no avail. Finally turned on DATA ROAMING on her phone and it tried to set a hotspot which I stopped then it just said Set a Hotspot. Tried SIRI again and now it works perfectly!!
