It would create a much heavier load on the servers. I think that was the reason that the 4S got it and nothing else did.
You will be able to do custom dictation in Yosemite, and also always have it running. So essentially, they built a better solution than Siri for the desktop that developers and users can build on.

Not really. Have it on my car now and a number of other car manufactures , 4S / 5 / 5S / 6 / 6S and on the iPads as well.
That's not what I said. At the time of Siri's release, only the 4S got it, and the rest never. Some say that this was just another reason to make people upgrade to the 4S, but it was also due to the servers not being having enough throughput at the time.
Really? Real explanation? Macs are just a top in the ocean compared to all the iOs devices that support Siri. There would be no impact. That is given every unit that supports it would be using it often.

The Rest ? but had nothing to do with the servers. Apple has plenty of money to expand its servers. Your guessing on the server remark, unless you have a link to prove this, than I'll apologize

And one of your points about Apple not wanting to have it on another older system is pure $$$, and this is normal, and they have the right to do it to make more $$ on another product update...

The main problem with the 4 was a very awful microphone, so voice recognition could not work very well. This was also painfully obvious in phone conversations. I could hardly ever understand a word anyone said on iPhones until the 4s took hold, with its improved microphones. The better mics were for Siri-the side benefit was that I could actually stand talking to iPhone users for the first time.
