There is a problem with my iPad Pro whenever I ask Siri what time is it right now ? Siri tells me 60 for whatever the time is after decimal so for example if it is 10:30 AM and if I were to ask Siri what time is it it would say 10:60 AM and this is how it says for all the time. I got in touch with Apple support and they have told me to Factory Reset the device. I wanted to know from guys here, do you guys think doing a factory reset will work ? I have done all other things !!

I am not very keen to factory reset the device but if there is no other choice unwillingly and reluctantly I will have to do it but before that I wanted to know will this work does it sound like a sure shot solution to work?

Whelp, it is Siri after all, amongst the competition, Siri is the weakest of the bunch - I can't say that I'm surprised. I know that doesn't help at all. I will offer that you can try rebooting the iPad and then as @AutomaticApple stated factory reset it.

You're hands are tied, there's nothing more you can do (other then maybe bringing it to an apple store)

I don’t mind factory resetting it. But will factory reset for sure Like 100% bring Sanity to Siri ?

I’ve just got off chat with Apple Tech Support and they have told me if you don’t want to factory reset it right away you can try the recovery mode that will reinstall the software all again so if there were any bugs that will get fixed. What you guys think about this?
