Siri launguages from iOS9 beta's to iOS 8.4?

Im wondering if it would be possible to add the new siri launguages from ios9 beta to ios 8.4?

i remember a tweak that did it for ios 8.3 launguages. i dont know how hward that was and if its possible to do this manually?

There is a nice British one from iOS 9 that I like.

Belgium. Wich is very confinient for the dutch people as well. Its a women voice with also the more realistic approach we dutchies have a guy wich sounds like a total robot.
