Siri not working in iOS11?

Does anyone have the problem that Siri and voice dictation stopped working in iOS11?

I have checked all three microphones (bottom, front at ear speaker, back between camera and flash). All the mics are ok.

Works fine for me from what I’ve seen on an iPhone 7 Plus

If you use US Siri voices you may need to 'force' download the new voices. Try switching Male to Female and see if if get "Downloading"
