iPad Siri not working iPad 10Generation

Before I brave the traffic and parking nightmare here in LA to have my 10Generation yellow iPad looked at by tech support at the Applestore, has anybody figured out why Siri is not responding? I spent almost 3 hours on the AppleCare hotline to no avail, I mean we tried everything. I don’t profess to be an expert since I just moved over from the Android dark side, but I’m at my wits end. I have 2 other 10th Generation iPads a Blue and a Pink one for a total of 3(I’m retired and I watch a lot of movies) this Yellow model is the same as the other 2, but it is the middle child. If anyone can help this old lady will be grateful as I wouldn’t have to take 3 separate buses to get to the Apple Store!
