iPhone Siri on the iPhone 4

Does anyone know if there is a tweak that enables Siri on the iPhone 4 [ios 7]

This was a pretty popular topic in the 4S days. There is third party servers that mimic Siri functionality by installing the framework on the ip4. However there is no way I'm aware of to allow an ip4 access to apples siri server as it uses a key unique to each device to access it.
