Siri Only Half Working

Hi

I have an issue with Siri on my iPhone 6S and it's bugging me as everything I have tinkered with has failed to work and wondered if any of you guys on here would know a workaround without the need of doing a full reset of phone

When I ask Siri for a weather report or something on the web it carries out the task straightaway but if I ask it to set a timer it cannot perform. Also if you ask Siri to make a call or send a message to a contact it says that contact doesn't exist even though it is clearly showing in my contacts !

Tried turning off Siri and turning on. Reset network settings on phone to no avail

I hop between the USA and UK so I primarily I have a US iTunes account which is used on the iPhone even when I am in UK like now but can't see that being an issue

Any help would be welcomed

Mine was fixed when I upgraded to iOS 9.3

Thanks for replying to my question was getting a bit lonely here

Was on 9.2.1 in the vain hope that we would get a new JB but having the phone not functioning was a PITA. So took the upgrade to 9.3 and it's now working.
