So, my Siri on my iPhone 6 (11.2.6) will only work if I have my headphones with mike plugged in, or if it's connected to my car stereo through Car Play. Clearly, there is an issue with the microphone on the phone. Where is the Siri microphone on my iPhone and how should I go about trying to clean it to see if that's the problem?

It's here.

Well that's the noise cancellation mic, the main mic is on the bottom of the phone.

OP, can people hear you on calls?

EDIT: There's also a third one in the earpiece.

They are asking about the Siri mic though, which is located where indicated.
