So I've just got round to d/ling iOS9, all went good on iPhone 6 & I've asked Siri who I am using an unregistered fingerprint, it brought up my whole contact details & relationships sheet. I then asked who my mother was, again all details even people in my address book's names, surely this is a security nightmare? I haven't tried on anyone else's phone, but this would appear to mean someone steals my phone & can't unlock/use it, but get all my personal info, is there any way to lock down siri to only operate on a basic level?

Disable Siri on lock screen will resolve this. When you try this make sure the phone is really locked, not sitting on the screen saver.
