On iOS 13.1. How do you add a Siri voice command to a custom shortcut?!?! I can’t find this option anywhere? I’m sure I had some Siri shortcuts showing under Settings - Siri & Search in iOS 12, but nothing there now?

Just ran a few quick tests......you just need to say the name of the shortcut.

I guess you’ll need to rename your shortcuts to whatever phrase you’d like to trigger them with.

Not sure how Apple made Siri Shortcuts 50x worse in iOS 13 and also broke half the functionality.

Shortcuts no longer work from my watch and I used them 10 times a day.
Now only being able to use them on my phone, it announces all steps within the shortcut as it does them. I don’t need a play-by-play every time I run one. Just shut the f*** up and do it.

So frustrated at the destruction they have rained down upon shortcuts. Epic fail Apple.

Few weren't working well with CarPlay and iPhone : I had to argue with Siri few times 🙃

Update: the old ones don't work, they need a granted access but when you give it then Siri says it takes to long to run it..
Making a new one exactly like the older solved the problem
I guess with the new system iOS 13.1.1 they need to be re-done from scratch to work

The annoying thing is that every where in the documentation it says that you can add custom commands in Siri & Search, but that isn’t true anymore. But nowhere documented, so you bump in to a frustrating search on the how to of Siri shortcuts.
this forum is the first time that I find that others also have this problem.
For Adam1080 it will probably work again after renaming his shortcuts to the phrases he used before, but it is very annoying that this gigantic change is nowhere mentioned.

Ok, I thought I was going crazy because I couldn’t find how to record a custom phrase to launch a Shortcut.

I guess this simplifies Siri Shortcuts but it also makes it far less powerful. What if a shortcut in an app conflicts with something else? You can no longer create separate phrases.
