General Siri Shortcuts to pay Apple Card

I’d like to create a Siri Shortcut to automatically transfer money to pay off my Apple Card whenever a transaction is made. I’ve made a few shortcuts in the past, but it doesn’t seem obvious how to do this. Perhaps it’s not possible. Can someone please advise?
