Siri suggestions not working

I'm having a problem where I'm only getting the same apps (which are apps I rarely use) on the Siri suggestions panel! Is anybody experiencing the same thing??

I remember them saying it will also show new apps or apps that's been updated that you haven't tried. Not only apps you usually open. Of course in this case it could also be a bug.

Internet is connected! Lol I can only get it to show recently installed apps
