iPhone Siri texting and typo-fixing

Lately my Siri text transcribing has been very in accurate (I often hit the microphone button and speak my text). When I go back to click on the blue line to bring up a list of suggested words I cannot click the line, it either move the cursor to the beginning or the end of the word. Is there a fix for this new issue?

Finally! This has been driving me mad. I posted about this in another forum, and no one else acted like this was happening to them. I have this problem with words underlined in blue and red.

I don't know if there is a fix right now. I'm hoping it gets resolved in the 13.5 update.
