Help. I have an iPad Pro 10.5" where the volume of Siri voice playback is just WAY too loud. Is the a control in iOS 16.x to resolve this issue? I've looked online and haven't seem to get clear answers. 🤷‍♂️

If I recall correctly, Siri's volume depends on your Ringer volume. (I could be wrong though, what does and doesn't depend on your ringer volume is really fuzzy)

This seems fairly clear to me -- or is it not working? I don't have an iPad, but I have turned Siri response volume down on my iPhone by just saying "turn Siri volume down to X%"
That applies for the iPhone. But for the iPad? I'll give it a try when I can access my iPad Pro.

“Hey siri turn your volume to 10%” that’s the lowest it will go.

I’m so glad I read this! All these years I’ve assumed that Siri volume was the same as the media playback volume but they are separate.

Now I need to figure out how to have Siri speak softer on my HomePod.

Edit: it works. Thank you! I might actually start using Siri now.

Well, I got it to work on my iPad Pro 10.5". Now, I hope Apple improves the volume controls so the volume levels for various functions can be easily adjusted separately.
