iPhone Siri tweak to use other apps?

I want to make Siri put my ToDo list and reminders into the app Clear but of course it can't... I know that tweaks to Siri I looked at online are so it would launch apps or perform other features but nothing that let me define what app I want info placed in to.

I know a tweak exists to change the Apple maps to default as Google maps but anyone know of something to help me accomplish this?
