Siri very reluctant to include Weather Underground in "App Suggestions"

WU is one of my most-used iPhone apps, yet it almost never shows up in the "Siri App Suggestions" widget (think I've only seen it there once), or the "app shortcut" at bottom-left corner of lockscreen.

The widget's top row (nicely) includes apps I frequently use, with some awareness of location/context; and the bottom row seems to contain apps I've used recently (but not necessarily frequently). Yet WU appears in neither row, regardless of where I am or what I'm doing; even if I've checked WU several times today (like every day). Why?

I have yet to figure out why a company would name themselves after a terrorist group.

That's almost as bad as att's tap and pay app that they used to have, Isis. At least they changed the name fairly quickly.

I mentioned the group because it was the first thing I thought of when you mentioned the name. I remember those guys.

Weather Underground is my most used app on my iPhone. LOVE that app. Love the company, love the update notes. lol.

Oh sorry, forgot to talk about that, lol.

It never does, annoys me because it's my most used app.

Interesting; and it shows up in your top row. After trying the same thing, I got the icon to show up in my bottom row; so I guess I spoke too soon. Siri still seems "reluctant" to acknowledge the app, though... (and it really should show up at the top, every morning, as I open it every morning).
