They are always improving it. They just promote it once a year. All kinds of changes throughout the year. Siri is a little hard of hearing since iOS 9.

This is anecdotal of course, but most of my queries still end with web results so I guess I just don't see it. I find now that I only use her for things I know she will do - set an alarm, play a playlist, etc.

I don't know.. maybe I'm totally off base here but Siri doesn't do much more for me now than she did in 2011.

Sure I will agree with you on this. I am disappointed in the advancement of Siri overall. But they make small changes all the time. Not enough IMHO.
