Sit and stand with Studio Display or Pro Display XDR?

Can owners of the SD or XDR comment on how well the height-adjustable stand or pro stand work for switching from sitting to standing? That is, if I'm teaching online, and want to stand up, will these expensive Apple stands give me the height change that I need, without any need for a special standing desk?

That’s dependent on not only your desk height but your height as well so nobody can really answer that for you.

like sheepish said this would be dependent on your desk height and your height but also, the studio display will only go up about 4 inches, surely not enough unless you have an especially high desk/chair already... XDR is slightly taller at max but still, that's a gigantic price jump for a monitor you don't need. surely you'd be better off buying a desk that works for standing & sitting for a few hundred dollars or so (just off my memory of ikea's adjustable by button one, manual being cheaper) vs a few thousand
