Site recommendation

Always check a vendor's reputation on Reseller Ratings...these guys get a good score.

But you'll get a better price from either of the two vendors I (and many other MacRumors folks) trust for my RAM: OWC or DMS.
 
i have heard very good things about both OWC and DMS. I hope to get some more RAM for my imac from OWC soon, because it is in desperate need of some!
 
i'm checking out the prices right now.. and it seems that DMS is way cheaper than OWC...

the price for 2x 1 gig of ram @ OWC = $215, while DMS = $164... but OWC comes with lifetime warranty... so where do you recommend i should buy the ram?
 
Their prices for their top quality RAM are comparable. You might want to check out this thread for info on DMS's EconoRAM. It has slightly lower quality control and only the one-year warranty...the money saved isn't worth it to me, but some people may find it acceptable.
 
i'm gonna agree with you, spending another 50-60 bucks will avoid any problems that i might have in the future.. thanks a lot.. gonna order from OWC.
