Nope. You can't fix it. The dev, who uploaded the file has to fix it.

What this means is that when the file was uploaded it did not get uploaded completely. The installer is expecting a certain file size and since the upload size is slightly less there is a size mismatch - hence the error.

Contact the dev. Or the package maintainer.

This also happens when another package has be installed, but it can't because it not available or it wast purchased.

Gotcha. It's something I found on Reddit from a while ago. Probably wise not to get my hopes up.

My Messages app was broken after installing this and one other package from that repo so I just got rid of them.
