I would love to join any class action against apple, its frustrating. I would ask for a refund for this and buy a different model, since I don't believe they can deliver a healthy macbook.

I beg to differ.
 
apple just needs to work on its testing and quality control

and they have to remember that early adopters are more valuable than late adopters, because they weed out all the bugs that they forgot to fix in the beginning.
 
This may not be a bad thing. Although my macbook does not have this problem, I think this will help to remind Apple that quality control is important. Having random shutdown issue, case discoloration, moo/whine issue, heat issue, etc, is fairly unacceptable. I will be pissed too if I just spend over $1500 on a laptop with any these issues, and then told that I need to wait a LONG while for it to be fixed. Granted, it is a Rev. A product, but that does not mean testing of products are not essentials.
