Super lame that it's not free. Hell, even the windows mobile version from years ago was free.
Maybe they will finally stop basing their business around a business model that relies on selling user data to make money?

They have been extremely secretive about how they are going to make money, since video transcoding is hella expensive.

Haven't seen anything yet on Android, WM, Sybian and even using Frash on the iPhone that plays most videos well on a browser without using some type of external app or converting. Even when I was using Skyfire on WM the videos were mostly buggy at best. When they did come in flawless it would screw up badly as soon as you try to scroll, pause, etc.

Flash on devices seem to work well 90% of the time with everything else but videos. Banner ads works flawless(Go figure). Oh yea games suck too. Try playing a flash game on sites like newgrounds.

I think Apple made the right move not to include flash. There have been a couple times using Frash on the iPhone and Flash on IE using WM 6.5 that I got the script slowing things down message.

I guess Skyfire is going to be great for watching flash vids on non-YouTube sites. Don't expect Hulu to work tho, they have things on lockdown. Skyfire is no doubt going to be the fastest browser on the iPhone.

Word of advice, Don't use it for banking or any sensitive accounts. I had my bank account frozen cause due to Skyfire being server based it was showing logins from from Californa. I had to call my bank and explain.

In the demo he uses what appears to be Comedy Central's site which has tons of content in Flash video. Engadget confirmed that Hulu won't work as they have blocked everything non-regular computer/laptop. What other sites do you guys recommend? I'm thinking south park studios should work as well.

I wonder if we can fake this using the User Agent faker.....

It takes a while for the video to start but it does work. The only thing I fear that as more people buy it that it will take longer and longer for the videos to start

I went to abc.com vh1.com and bet.com and watch the full episodes on there. But right before they pulled it the videos started not loading. They have to update their servers. But when it works it works great.
