Skype Calls on 3G?

Ok so I remember hearing a few weeks (I think) ago that Skype would be allowed to work on 3G now rather than just WiFi, but when I tried I still get the same error saying that it isn't allowed over 3G networks. Has it taken effect yet or are we still waiting on an update to skype to enable it?

Until it's updated if you jailbreak 3g unrestrictor does the same thing. I had like an hour phone call internationally on skype a few weeks ago and it sounded almost as clear as the phone.
