Skype Freezing on Sonoma

So, I recently updated to Sonoma, and since then Skype has not been the same. It keeps freezing from time to time making it impossible to use it.
I have already tried a clean install, but to no avail.

I’m on Sonima 14.1 beta 2, almost unusable today

I kind of regrets updated it to Sonoma.
Now Hide & Show Dock is not even working properly anymore, sometimes I have to move the cursor to the bottom of the screen several times and yet nothing.... Dock doesn't even show up. 😅

Yup! I did.... Yesterday, I to the message, "there is an update available" and then I got all excited, but yet nothing... Skype's still freezing.

You can run Skype in Safari at https://web.skype.com. Maybe that can be a workaround.

I have been experiencing the exactly same thing, look! But here its a damn black screen. oh well...

Well, they just fixed the black/white screen, make sure to download Skype-8.109.0.209. Then you should be fine, now lest see how long this one is going to last.
