SKYPE not working?

i have the largest version from Skype.com for mac

but it doesn't open...when i click on its icon on dock
it just bounces twice and thats it...

I have the dmg for it...when i reinstall - it starts for the first time


then after closing it won't start for 2nd time unless i reinstall again....


CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME A VERSION OF SKYPEW THAT WORKS WELL WITH EL CAPITAN?
WHICH VERSION OF SKYP ARE YOU USING IF YOU ARE NOT HAVING ANY ISSUES WITH EL CAPITAN?

I HAVE THE LATEST ONE FROM SKYPE.COM OFFICIAL WEBSITE....


PS : same twice jumping issue was there for some time(some version of osX) with OS X yosemite as well...


Sorry for caps i really am sad because of this...I use Skype a lot..

Mine just quits but Skype may just need to upgrade their app.

Try:

1) Completely uninstall Skype by downloading AppCleaner and dragging the app into there.

2) Restart your Mac with the option 'reopen windows when logging back in' disabled.

3) Reinstall Skype.

Any better?
