Skype on the iPad

Hey,
I consider buying an iPad while waiting for an iMac refresh.
I’d probably go crazy if they update them a month after I bought one.
So my question is if it's possible to connect a webcam to the iPad via USB-Kit.
If so, are there special ones for the iPad?

Not only is there no hardware support for that, (although a jailbreak hack is probably possible with a USB adapter) but there is no software support with the Skype iPhone app.

It may be impossible. I think Skype + iPad = iPad + iPhone. Apple don't make iPad become the killer of iPhone.
