Skype on unlocked Iphone2g?

I am very interested in installing Skype on my unlocked/JB iPhone2g but I dont know how to. I dont have an APP STORE account therefore I dont know where to download the app from.
Can anyone guide me?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you mean you don't have an itunes account? Don't you have to have one in order to use your phone?

skype is freely available in the app store, there is no other way to install it AFAIK.

Downloaded Skype

I have downloaded Skype from iTunes (free). But although it send and receives chat messages it will not use VOIP on my wireless network. Any ideas?
