Hi,

New non-premium (free) Skype user here.

I have searched and can't find a work around (definitely don't want to jailbreak) is there a way of removing the Skype watermark on the Skype iOS app?

I understand this can be done on Skype on my rMBP.

Or are we just stuck with the Skype branding?

i have tried 'Hangouts' and find it unreliable.

Thanks in advance.

What's the big deal about a logo in the corner? It's a free service and you're using it, of course they're going to put their branding in.

the 'big deal' is that I dont like it, I know I'm using Skype when I click the icon and start using it.
I dont need to remindered thoughout the call.
Besides it can be removed on a mac so Microsoft know its slightly irksome for some people, otherwise they wouldn't offer this option on the Mac app.

Never really got the point of putting in the option to remove it in the desktop client (I mean I'm glad it's there, but don't quite get why they add the watermark but just give an easy option to remove it).
