Skyscape has posted a My Skyscape app on the iTunes store. For medical professionals who have been carrying around a Palm device and an iPhone this is great news. The app is a portal that lets you download your purchased apps as iPhone versions.

I posted a review on my blog at http://healthcarepod.blogspot.com/.

I tried to buy a drug guide but it would not download. Skyscape support told me it will up to two weeks before that feature works.

Skyscape Apps on the iPhone

There are tons of resources available now. I have subscribed to Dr Drugs, 5 minute clinical consult, Harrisons and icd-9. Great experience on the iPhone (not to say it was any worse on the palm, but with the touch screen and some simple ui shortcuts, skyscape apps fly) installing and updating is very easy.

Anyone else using any Skyscape titles that they like?

Man, that is a lot of dough. There are a bunch that I like, but I don't know if I can justify dropping that much cash for books that I usually have an arms reach away or get for free at work. I think I would probably pay for the Red Book though, I use that a lot.

I also have PALS, Epocrates, two other Med calculators, and my wife has ALS and some Ob wheel.

I NEED the Wills Eye Manual but just cannot, for the life of me, find a way to download the file on my mac and then put it in my iPhone. Can someone please help me with the step-by-step?

Thank you!

I answered you in the other thread, but go to the app store and download Skyscape. Register your Skyscape app. Hit "Universe Tab" at bottom. Hit "Resource Type." Then "clinical Resources." Scroll all the way down to "Wills Eye Manual" and click it. Then click buy.
