iPhone SleekSleep Respring Loop

I installed SleekSleep on my 4S, when it reboots it doesn't open and the circle turns like the one in respring loop. My tweaks and jb apps are:
-BytaFont 2
-CCToggles
-FakeCarrier
-HiddenSettings7
-iAPFree
-iCleaner Pro
-iFile
-NoCyAds iOS 7
-NoSlowAnimations
-Parallax enaBlur
-PasswordPilot
when I try to install, it only installs SleekSleep, nothing more. Shouldn't it install Activator or something like it? If there are any missing components, please tell me so I can install them by hand.
