Since this feature became available 5 or 6 weeks ago I have exclusively worn my U2 at night.
I check my sleep stats and vitals every morning and have not had a single night with elevated breathing disturbances, I do have sleep apnea notifications enabled so I am guessing right now that I do not have sleep apnea, at least from an AW perspective.

I'm curious if anyone has yet received a notification, and if you care to share I'd like to know what it actually says.

I'm going back to my "old" routine wearing the U2 continuously for ~ 38hrs and then wear my S7 for sleep tracking while U2 is being charged overnight

search in the health app for "disturbances".
you should see a chart if it's being recorded. The chart only shows a level, like not elevated, elevated, or alert.

if it's not being recorded, I think you have to be in sleep focus, but not sure. I know wrist temperature doesn't record if you don't go into sleep focus.

if you go into the "show all data" towards the bottom of that screen, it will give you a list of days with their levels, if you click into a day it will show you the "breathing disturbance value" which is the AHI score.
