I just picked up my AW series 10 and it’s running the latest version of watch OS and my iPhone 15 ProMax isn’t to date as well.

However, the sleep apnea feature is saying not available in my region (I live in Ohio and my watch and phone are set to US).

I’ve attached a screenshot. Anyone else seeing this?

Have you tried to go to health app -> press upper right corner (profile) -> Checklist -> Sleep Apnea Notifications?

Hmm, picked my watch 10 up yesterday, I’ve got the same not available message. No sleep apnea menu in the health app. Tried a reset of my 15 pro phone running os18.1 and watch, no luck. I’m in the UK, anyone else struggling?

Initially I couldn't activate Sleep Apnoea either, after upgrading from AW8 to AW10. There was a message "Sleep apnoea not available in your region..." in the Sleep section of the Watch App. My fault was, that I had still both Watches connected to the iPhone and that the AW8 was active while the AW10 was on the charger. After switching to the AW10 the setup worked.
The Apple message "not available in your region..." was wrong and misleading, the correct message would have been "not available on AW8...".
