Sleep Apnea Notifications in Turkey and Brazil

Hello. While checking for sleep apnea notifications, I saw that this feature would not be available on the Turkey and Brazil Watch comparison web pages. However, it was available in countries such as the USA and England. This feature, however, sleep apnea notifications will be available in over 150 countries and I think Brazil and Turkey are among these countries. Why do you think these features are not available on the Apple website? Are there any other countries like these two?

Türkiye İlaç ve Tıbbi Cihaz Kurumu(Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency) approved the Sleep Apnea Notifications feature and it was activated in Turkey.
