Do any sleep tracking apps allow you to see how much sleep you’ve gotten in the middle of the night when you wake up? It seems the Apple sleep tracking in the health app only shows a total once you’ve ended the sleep session.
If I wake up at 5am I’d love to see how much sleep I’ve actually gotten so far to decide whether to get up or try and force myself back to sleep.
Thanks in advance for any guidance on this.

The below is the one I use but I haven't really tried to see if it gives a current reading, in the morning you refresh the page and you get all the details. I think it cost $5 but a trial might be available to check and see if it does what you want, or maybe just ask the developer. This app provides a whole lot of data points, I'm very pleased with it and the price was right.

I will second what KBJ55 said. Autosleep is the app I use to track my sleep. I love it and you cannot go wrong in checking it out.
