Sleep Focus not gatekeeping as expected

14 Pro Max here.

I setup sleep focus with a small group of family only, and two weather apps. This morning an idiot friend calls me at an ungodly hour and the phone rings audibly. He’s not on the white list and Phone is not in the list of allowed apps.

My phone only shows one missed call, so how did he get through?

Did you check the setting about what calls are allowed (People option) for the specific Focus mode?

Maybe it‘s set to allow calls from everyone.
